Area Apartment Tours

Weichert Rental Network offers a Premiere tour service for all our individual and corporate clients. A Relocation Consultant will meet with your transferee by phone or in person to assess his or her rental needs. A customized tour is then provided of the best rental housing choices that fit the customer's needs, budget, and lifestyle. During the rental tour the transferee will visit rental properties and be given an overview of the areas selected. A relocation package containing maps, school, transportation, and local information will be provided.

Our Relocation Consultants are experts in the metropolitan Philadelphia, New Jersey, Washington DC Baltimore areas and will be of great help in answering many of the transferee's questions about the relocation process. Our Relocation Specialist will keep in close contact with the transferee as well as the Relocation Company or Human Resource Department and keep them apprised of the status of each customer's housing search.
